This fig was the light compliment to the Red Lebanese Bekaa Valley. This is Yellow Lebanese Bekaa Valley. Because there was only one yellow Lebanese fig named, the Bekaa Valley portion was not necessary. In any case, this is a good sweet fig with yellow skin and amber flesh. It is typically not a splitter.
